Sort of... Right now he's more of a troll bot, but fun nonetheless.
Notable features so far:

• Gooning
• Can send messages to a channel in Goon X, and it sends that message to my chatbox in VRChat via OSC

As I am a solo developer learning, things are coming out slow. But I have things I'm working on now, and many things I would love to make! Most or all of my work will be open source, or fair priced if I need to charge (gotta eat too) so hopefully you get to take advantage of that some day.
